I met John this morning, looking to replace a mirrored door to my bathroom vanity. He cut me a replacement mirror and finished the edges to match the original in about 10 minutes. John and his crew did an outstanding job installing our double shower doors with side lights. I highly recommend Custom Glass and Mirror. He was the only one that was willing to install shower doors at our remote Stone County location. He did an outstanding job and performed exactly as promised.

I make custom furniture and occasionally need clear glass or mirrors for cabinetry. I'm a tiny customer, really, for any glass cutter, but CG&M treats me right. My orders are ready when promised and just what I need. Another shop in town got at least half of my orders wrong, but CG&M is nearly perfect, and quickly corrected the one small mistake they made. Super easy to do business with!

John (owner) came out a few weeks ago for a quote. Once we approved it his communication was great. He updated us all along the way. Returned calls immediately and showed up on time. Just completed installation of the glass in six windows. John and Austin did an excellent job. Both were very considerate and asked me to look at everything to make sure we were completely satisfied before we paid.I highly recommend you give them a call!

I had Custom Glass cut me a mirror for a remodel job I was doing had it done in minutes. It was the perfect size and very good on the price I'd recommend them to any body that wants honest, efficient and good work done. Custom Glass Is the best in the area no doubt about it.

John HOGAN (owner) visited our home and advised us on a replacement strategy for the cloudy and damaged aluminum frame windows (11) in our 40 year-old home. He recommended a window type and manufacturer and issued a cost estimate for the job. All happened on the timing and the money exactly as John predicted. He carried out all the delivery and installation work in a reliable manner and communicates immediately answering any questions and offering suggestions as needed. John always does what he says he will - and his team works professionally and courteously. Our job was complicated with another contractor who needed to enlarge an opening for a new window - and John patiently adjusted his schedule around the unreliable performance of the other contractor in order to get our job done. His team worked constantly and diligently for two days to complete our work. I highly recommend Custom Glass & Mirror of Mountain Home AR.

Custom Glass was hired to replace the glass that was fogged in every window in my home. The cost of new windows wasn't really a good option because of the nice wooden windows I already had. Custom Glass suggested new window panes and it was a great option!!! Now our windows are fog free and beautifully done.
